Product Warranty
All products manufactured or sold by Window Decor are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of shipping. If a problem occurs call our customer service staff at 800-877-4797 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA #). Upon its return we will decide if it will be repaired or replaced.
Ordering, manufacturing and shipping policies
Measuring Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to take the measurements of their desired window coverings. All of our window treatments are custom made to order and are non- returnable, so it is very important that you follow our measuring and installation instructions.
After placing your order, we will email you an order acknowledgement for your review. You must contact us within 5 days if changes are to be made, otherwise we will proceed.
Color Disclaimer: Computer monitors and printed brochures may not depict true colors. To assist you in making the correct color choice you can request FREE color samples.
OOPS Policy: If the window covering does not fit because of a customer's measuring error:
- Option #1: we will (depending on the type of error) alter or re-manufacture the product at our factory. Agreed upon expenses and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Option #2: we will remake the product at 50% its original cost.
If Window Decor makes a mistake on your order, we will repair or remake it at no charge to you.
Payment Options: We accept most major credit cards as well as cash and checks. Because our products are custom made, your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Sales Tax will be charged to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.
Shipping: Appropriate shipping and handling charges will be added to each order. Shipments are normally made via UPS, or FedEx ground. Oversized packages will be shipped LDL. 2 day or overnight shipping can be arranged. We must be notified of all (damaged) freight claims within 10 days of product receipt, regardless of whose fault it is and digital pictures will be required. If customer does not provide the correct ship-to address, they will be charged the expense to re-ship.
Privacy Policy
Window Decor respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. Window Decor will never sell, share, or give your private information to another entity. Information Collected:
- Name, address, phone, and ordering information:
- Information is kept in a permanent database.
- Credit Card, payment information:
- Information deleted after 30 days.
- Email addresses
- Email addresses are kept in a database for internal promotional purposes.
- Our monthly spam free newsletters are managed by "Constant Contact", a professional email management firm. All customers have instant opt-out email options.
